AquaNife Water polishing versus dry blowing
What is water polishing?
Water polishing is a process where different media are mixed with water to a homogeneous mass, so that the individual particles are suspended in water and hit exactly where you want, unlike methods where the particles are carried by an air stream.
Disadvantages of dry blowing
- The surface becomes rough / worn and dirt sticks more easily
- Sharp particles are embedded in the workpiece
- Significant dust nuisance
- Need for degreasing
- Hard for the operator to see the subject during the process
- Long cleaning time
